Get to Know Our Musicians

Julie Wang
Accordionist
Julie started her accordion career two short years ago, when she first picked up the instrument at Burning Man. She was hooked, and upon re-entering capitalistic society, went out and bought one of her own. One of her first live performances was a birthday serenade for Erik in Golden Gate Park where she showcased Happy Birthday and That's Amore.

Mary Lou Lamberti
Tarantella Choreographer
Mary Lou is the lead organizer for the Vernacchia family reunion every summer. Dedicated to preserving our family traditions, Mary Lou committed to re-learning the Tarantella, and will be leading us all through this traditional Neopolitan dance at the reception!

Michelle (and friends)
Strings
Michelle is a professional musician in San Francisco. She is the conductor for Civic Strings, the community orchestra Erik has been a part of for 2 years. Michelle is Assistant Principal Second Violin of the Santa Rosa Symphony, holds positions in the California and Marin Symphonies, and often is in the pit orchestra for Broadway shows at the Orpheum. Last year, we saw her perform a modern Vivaldi at the War Memorial, and with musicals Parade and Suffs.
Many friends and family also saw Michelle lead Civic Strings at Erik's orchestra concert this past December.

Golden Bell
DJ/Band Hybrid
It was super important to us to have live musicians at our concert hall reception. The Golden Bell are a DJ / Live Band hybrid and we hope you enjoy dancing to them with us!
